Rustam Minnikhanov visits a new lyceum Innovatika in the settlement of Usady

On 15 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a regular regional August meeting of education and science employees, dedicated to the topic “Leadership in education” and held in a multi-profile lyceum Innovatika in the settlement of Usady of Laishevo region of the republic.

The lyceum will teach 1 500 schoolchildren and before the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov looked round the school facilities and got acquainted with the main spheres of education. He was told that alongside with learning humanitarian, technological, IT and other subjects, children will have an opportunity to study additionally architecture, media projects, animation, robotics and 3D-modelling. 

The school is equipped with digital laboratories, workshops with NC machines, sewing and culinary classes two gyms and an outside football pitch, a rink and volleyball and basketball playgrounds. 

Rustam Minnikhanov also got acquainted with Rubin Football Club projects aimed of promotion of sports among youngsters.
