On August 3, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of Tatarstan Marat Ayzatullin reported that as of August 3 the housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 81 per cent in the republic with 2m 535thousand square meters of housing already commissioned.
He also informed about implementation of housing construction programmes, namely social mortgage programme, which is completed by 73 per cent, and provision of accommodation for some categories of citizens, and told about the accident frequency rate and labour safety measures.
Marat Ayzatullin reported about implementation of regional and federal programmes of construction of social, engineering infrastructure, youth policy, healthcare and sports facilities and informed about the programme of the Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories, which is completed by 59 per cent.
In conclusion he informed about work being done in reconstruction of biological waste treatment facilities and recovery of soil polluted by oil-containing contaminants, two regional programmes of building regional executive committees and residential service centers and providing residents with potable water.
