Rustam Minnikhanov visits new Chersonesos in Sevastopol

On 1 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Metropolitan of Simferopol and the Crimea Tikhon visited the Museum and Cathedral Complex of new Chersonesos in Sevastopol, where he was told about the concept of the park and its historical meaning. 

The historical and archeological park with the total area  of 24 hectares and 30 facilities on it, which opened on 30 July of the current year, was built by an errand of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Later the same day the Rais of the republic also visited the Sevastopol Children’s Art School where he paid special attention to the library and books in history of arts as well as an exhibition of works in the sphere of Design, Architecture and Decorated and Applied Arts and looked round school classes, the ceremonial hall and workshops. 

Rustam Minnikhanov told that it is planned to open the arts and crafts center in Kazan which could use experience of the Sevastopol Art School.
