On 27 July, speaking at a meeting held in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farit Mukhametshin will all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Rais (Head) of the Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that it is important to finish all work in educational institutions on time and with proper quality by the beginning of the new academic year on 1 September.
He said that 185 educational facilities, including 51 schools are under capital overhaul in the republic and emphasized: “We should start operation of new schools and commissioning of the already existing ones. The Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Construction and municipalities should strictly have these issues under their control.”
Speaking about harvest campaign which has begun in the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “It is important to carry out all work at the fixed time and following all technologies” and gave an errand to ensure the proper technical state of harvesters. “It is important to ensure efficient work of the machinery with high performance and to staff the necessary number of farm-machine operators”, he said and emphasized that the subsidized fuel has been provided to support the work.
Having given an errand to the Ministry of Agriculture and heads of the regions to control the forage harvest, Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that more than 17 thousand kids are currently in the summer recreation camps of the republic and emphasized: “It is our task to ensure their security and quality stay in the camps.”
Reporting about the situation in the recreation campaign, the Chief Sanitary Inspector of the republic Marina Patyashina informed that the checks carried out by the Tatarstan Directorate of the Rospotrebnadzor (the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare) revealed 1 233 violations of regulations, including 22 of them in 17 camps related to catering services and 14, when kids came to the camp without required medical certificates about shots and absence of tapeworms.
Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to study out all violation cases and gave an errand to the Rospotrebnadzor to carry on the work in this sphere and punish those guilty if necessary. “We should find out why these systemic problems arise in the same camps,” he added.
