On 4 July at the Kazan Exhibition Center on the sidelines of the AgroVolga-2024 International Agricultural Exhibition, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in 10 new vehicles for itinerant trade to consumer’s cooperation organizations of the republic, with the Russian Deputy Minister of Agriculture Andrey Razin, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov and the Chairman of the Tatpotrebsoyuz Board Rashat Shaymardanov taking part in the ceremony.
Rustam Minnikhabov congratulated employees of the Tatpotrebsoyuz with their coming professional holiday – the International Cooperation Day and emphasized that creating comfortable environment for rural residents is one of the priorities. “It is important to provide them all kinds of services including the itinerant trade. The consumer’s cooperation organizations play a great role in this as they work with rural residents directly,” he said.
The Rais of Tatarstan stated that due to daily work of cooperators 1 500 settlements of the republic are covered by itinerant shopping system, with 135 mobile shops working in it.
All vehicles handed in today are equipped with a refrigerated case, self-sustainable water supply, a cabinet for display of goods and the GLONASS satellite monitoring system.
