Rustam Minnikhanov: Tatarstan is the leader in efficient implementation of youth policy in the country

On 29 June speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic is the leader in efficient implementation of youth policy in the country. 

“Today festive events dedicated to the All-Russia Youth Day will be held all over the country. Young people are the future of our society and our country. Our most important task is raising the growing generation and creating opportunities for their self-realization,” he said and told about events to be held in cities and regions of the republic, emphasizing the importance of ensuring their safety. 

He also stated an important mission of school masters and homeroom teachers. “Our task is to raise patriots of our republic and our country. It is necessary to change attitude to this kind of work and pay special attention to preservation of national traditions, culture and the native language. We should all move in this direction,” Rustam Minnikhanov said. 

At the meeting the Rais of the republic also told about the international agribusiness exhibition “Agro Volga” to be held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center on 3-5 July and the events to be held these days.
