Rustam Minnikhanov meets new candidates pool of the office of the Rais of Tatarstan

On 24 June, speaking at his meeting with the new candidates pool  of the office of the Rais of the republic in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated everyone who has been listed in the pool and wished them constructive work. He informed them that the candidates pool has been formed for more than 10 years as the republic attaches great attention to the choice and training of the managerial staff.

Rustam Minnikhanov also stressed the serious role of mentors in the work with the candidates pool and an opportunity to develop a project under their supervision aimed at the social and economic development of the republic.

The Head of the Department for Public Service Affairs of the Rais of the republic Aleksandr Belov briefly told about the candidates pool and said that in the whole representatives from various vocations with the average age of 37 years have been chosen into it.

In addition to special training under supervision of experts, the candidates will also have internship at organizations and enterprises, state power bodies or municipalities of the republic, where heads of regions and ministries will give them a detailed analysis of problematic cases and share the most efficient ways of their solution, using their own experience.
