On June 12, at the solemn ceremony in the Kazan Kremlin on the occasion of Russia Day with participation of the Aide to Russian President Aleksey Dyumin and Adviser to the Russian President Igor Levitin, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the state awards to 38 representatives of a wide variety of industries and spheres of activity: industry, energy, transport, agriculture, science and education, healthcare, culture, sports, as well as members of the special military operation, philanthropists, representatives of state and public authorities and local government.

Welcoming the participants of the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated everyone on one of the main state holidays - Russia Day: “On this day we are especially proud of our country, we understand the full responsibility for its present and future.”

He emphasized that Russia cedlebrates its holiday united and strong. “We were lucky to live and work in a great country with a long history, rich spiritual and cultural heritage, outstanding scientific achievements, unique natural wealth and, most importantly, with a talented and hard-working people. As our national leader Vladimir Putin emphasizes, Russians are united in thought, work and battle. I am sure we will overcome all difficulties and challenges together.
