Tatarstan ranks second in the national ranking of the investment climate

According to results of the survey of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives announced at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, Tatarstan has ranked second in the national ranking of the investment climate status which was evaluated by 67 indexes in four spheres, namely the regulatory environment, infrastructure and resources, institutes for business and support of the SMEs. 

Rustam Minnikhanov stated that the national ranking of the investment climate status is an important landmark for raising the entities’ investments attractiveness. Due to the ranking regions can see their reserves and built their further work in improvement of conditions for business and investors, he said and added that according to results of last year 1 trillion 160bn rubles of investments were attracted into the republic economy.
