On 29 May during his working trip to Moscow, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in joint meeting of the Council on strategic development and national projects by the Russian President and The State Council commissions on social and economic development held by the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Head of the state reminded that 7 May he signed a decree On National Goals of the development of the Russian Federation from 2030 to 2036. “This first of all means preservation of people, strengthening their health and raising the well-being of Russian families, new opportunities for every person to unleash his or her abilities and talents and achieve success. It is development of comfortable and safe environment for life and improvement of ecological situation in cities and settlements,” Vladimir Putin emphasized.
He stated that the national goals include raising the sustainability of economy and achievement qualitatively new dynamics of branches and first of all on the basis of strengthening the technical sovereignty of Russia, training modern specialists and a wide use of forward-looking digital solutions. Vladimir Putin also attracted attention to the fact that what it involves is not projects of separate ministries but large-scale, coordinated programmes which should work for solution of common systemic tasks important for all residents of the country.
