President of Guinea-Bissau Umaro Mokhtar Sissoco Embalo arrives to Kazan

On 10 May upon his arrival to the International Airport of Kazan the President of Guinea-Bissau Umaro Mokhtar Sissoco Embalo was welcomed by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The leader of the African state came to Kazan from Moscow, where on invitation of Russia he took part in solemn events dedicated to the Victory Day. Yesterday Umaro Mokhtar Sissoco Embalo had a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Last week at his meeting with President of Guinea-Bissau on the sidelines of the Summit of heads and governments of country-members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Gambia, Rustam Minnikhanov, who went to the Summit as a head of the Russian delegation, invited Umaro Mokhtar Sissoco Embalo to visit the republic during his trip to Russia.
