The road work by the Our Yard programme has started in Kazan, Naberezhnyye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk region

On 13 April, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam with the regional prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin taking part in it, the Head the department of the city environment development department Arina Petrova from the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” reported about implementation of Our Yard regional programme in 2024.

She told about presentations to be held in 28 regions of the republic as well in Kazan and Naberezhnyye Chelny and informed that the Fund began going out to yards to be improved and meeting representatives of grid and contracting organizations to finalize the project solutions.

Arina Petrova informed that road work has started in 61 yards in Kazan, Naberezhnyye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk region and reminded about necessity of having the yard passport to be installed at each of the facility under improvement.

She also told that currently there is an increased inflow of residents’ complains on the quality of the work done in their yards.

In his turn Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to step up the control over the repairs quality and if necessary to ask the contractors to fulfill their warranty commitments.
