Rais of Tatarstan gives an errand to organize events dedicated to Day of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and Belarus at high level

On 30 March, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam said that events dedicated to the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and Belarus must be held at the high organizational level.

The Day of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and Belarus is celebrated on 2 April as it was at this day that Presidents of two states signed an agreement On Establishment of the Community of Russia and Belarus, which gave start to the process of mutual integration. 

Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to ensure organization of corresponding events, paying special attention to their content. “In educational, cultural and youth policy institutions it is necessary to emphasize the special importance of the Union state under current condition,” he stated.
