Investment Council of Tatarstan headed by Rustam Minnikhanov considers eight promising projects for their implementation in the regions of the republic

On March 26, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting of the Investment Council of Tatarstan in a videoconference mode with all municipal regions of the republic, which considered eights investment projects.

The first project to be considered was the construction of a complex for the production of ammonia and urea from Ammoniy Company, which was presented by Development Director of the Ammoniy Aleksander Osipov.

Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that this project is promising, as well as strategically important for the whole country. He instructed to work out the details of the implementation of the project. These are new jobs, this is a large consumption of gas, he said.

It is planned to build an ammonia production complex in the Mendeleevsk region of the republic, the planned number of jobs created is 500. The Investment Council of the republic approved this project.

The next project was to organize the production base for the construction of the asphalt concrete plant. Director of Production of Stroyresurs Company Gazynur Gusmanov informed about the project. He said, in particular, that the company builds roads and has repeatedly faced a shortage of construction materials, and this has prompted the creation of its own production. The production will be located in Tukaevsky region with 35 new jobs created. The project was also approved by the Council.

Damir Abdrakhmanov presented the project on creation of hostel for employees of Zelenodolsk industrial park.

Commenting on the project, Rustam Minnikhanov asked about the amount of investment and the number of people who will live in the hostel. He emphasized that it is necessary to provide comfortable living conditions in the hostel of potential employees of the industrial park. Rustam Minnikhanov proposed to finalize the project, including considering options for placing hostel buildings on other sites in the same Zelenodolsk region.

The fourth project approved by the Council was the creation of enterprise on production of antivandal protective coating «Antigraphite», which was presented by the project manager Evgeny Abramov. The production is supposed to be located in Naberezhnye Chelny with 15 jobs created. The investment will amount to 116 million roubles. The protective coating can be used for facades of buildings, walls, trees.

Then, a whole group of projects on creation of Agropolis agro-industrial park, industrial parks «Vysogorsky» and «M-12 Verhneuslonsky» was presented. The Director General of «Musson Groups» Company Olesya Meshcheryakova spoke about the projects.

Director for Development Gleb Arzamasov presented the project for the construction of a restaurant complex with public functions located in the embankment of the Kazanka River in Kazan, which was approved.

The next project approved was the organization of a recreation area for the citizens and guests of Tatarstan in the glamping “Mizgel Camp”. The project with the budget 50 million will be implemented in the Yutazinsky region of the republic.

According to the organizers, the project can work not only in the summer, but all year round.

The eighth was the investment project to create the Yunost beach in Chistopol. The planned budget of the project is 15 million roubles. It is planned to develop a beach in the centre of Chistopol, including a beach area, holiday houses (about 10), rentals, a sports area, shops and cafes. This year, 2024, the beach area itself will be organized, and in 2025, modular houses will be built.
