The appointed Tatarstan Military Commissar Yuriy Belyaev introduced to Rustam Minnikhanov

On 26 March in the Government House of the republic, the Acting Commander-in-Chief of the Central Military District of Russia Dmitriy Glushenko introduced the newly appointed Military Commissar of the republic Yuriy Belyaev to the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, the Head of the Office of the regional Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov and other officials were also present at the ceremony.

Before having been appointed to Tatarstan, Yuriy Belyaev was the Military Commissar of the Udmurt Republic.
