Rustam Minnikhanov visits Kazan State Gunpowder Plant and talks to its employees

On 11 March the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Kirill Lysogorskiy, the Director General of the Technodinamika Company Igor Nasenkov and the Director General of the Kazan State Gunpowder Plant Aleksandr Livshits, visited the plant and talked to its employees.

Addressing the plant workers, Rustam Minnikhanov said that the plant has big prospects as it is one of the strategically important enterprises in the system providing the security of the country. “Your team is one of the leading ones also due to your dedicated work,” he said.

The Rais of Tatarstan emphasized that the enterprise, employing about 3 thousand people, successfully works fulfilling the state defense order and has implemented a large investments programme.

During the conversation it was also stated that the state defense orders will provide work for Kazan Gunpowder Plant and the administration of the enterprise said that the production amount will continue growing.
