On March 9, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government house of the republic with participation of the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan - regional Minister of Agriculture Marat Zyabbarov reported on the implementation of the national project “Labor Productivity” in the agro-industrial complex.
The minister said that through the introduction of lean production tools the national project allows to increase the efficiency of an enterprise without large investments. Enterprises with revenues of 400 million roubles over the previous year can take part in the national project. Non-financial support measures are also provided. Since 2019, the project has included 250 companies, of which 47 are agricultural enterprises, which is 19 per cent of the total number of participants. The project is being implemented in 3 stages. The first stage is diagnostics, identification of losses and personnel training, the second is optimization of the pilot production flow, the third is replication of experience and maintenance of achieved results. Based on the results of the implementation of measures, enterprises show a positive economic effect.
Thus, the agrofirm «Kolos» of Tetyushsky region optimized the milk production process on the dairy farm for 450 heads, Kazan Bakery №2 has optimized the production of frozen bakery products and the Aznakay agricultural company has optimized the process of milking cows in a dairy complex for 4,000 heads by improving logistics and the production process control system
