Two residents of Tatarstan have won the competition of managers “Leaders of Russia”

A solemn ceremony of awarding 102 managers from 31 regions of Russia and two foreign countries – Belgium and Serbia, winners of the assessment tests of the super finals of the jubilee competition of managers “Leaders of Russia” was held in the Moscow Art Theatre on 26 February.

Two of five super finals winners – Ekaterina Kuzmina, Director in Digital Tehcnologies of the Alfa Group of Companies and Aleksey Mokshin, Deputy Director in Organizational Development of the RU-ENGINEERING Scientific Industrial Enterprise  are from Tatarstan and in his  telegramme, congratulating them with the award, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov wrote: ”I am really happy that participants from Tatarstan always decently represent the republic at such a prestigious projects and traditionally are among the strongest managers of the country.”

 “Huge work with mentors – famous state leaders, professionals in their sphere, - consultations, mentorship and being accompanied – all these are invaluable luggage which will undoubtedly open you the way to new feats. Let the obtained knowledge and experience help you become more assured in yourselves and your strong sides and become the basis for your further carrier and personal growth. I wish you endless enthusiasm, energy for implementation of the most ambitious plans and of course good health and good luck in everything!”

For the whole year the winners will get consultations from mentors comprising principal state leaders and heads of largest Russian corporations and as in previous years Rustam Minnikhanov is one of the mentors of the competition.

On top of that under conditions of the competition all super finalists have been given a 1m rubles grant which can be used for studies in the leading educational institutions of the country.

The competitions of managers “Leaders of Russia” has been held since 2017 by an errand from the Russian President and for all these years more than 1m applications for taking part in it have been submitted from 150 countries of the world.
