Roman Shaykhutdinov lays flowers to the Eternal Flame in the Victory Park

On 23 February Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in a solemn meeting dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day held in the Victory Park in Kazan, where together with other participants he paid homage to heroes of the WWII and laid flowers to the Eternal Flame by the Memorial of Flame.

Speaking at the meeting, Roman Shaykhutdinov said that the the Defender of the Fatherland Day is a holiday of courage strength, fearlessness and honor which Russian celebrate with a feeling of pride for defenders of our Motherland. He wished residents of Tatarstan good health, prosperity, peaceful skies and success in their works for the good of Russia.

Tatarstan Minister of Labour, Social Protection and Employment Elmira Zaripova, regional Minister in Youth Affairs Rinat Sadykov, Deputy Head of the Kazan Executive Committee Guzel Sagitova and other officials and youth public organizations of the city and republic also took part in the meeting.
