Rustam Minnikhanov meets Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Philippines to Russia Igor Garlit Baylen

On 23 February at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Philippines to Russia Igor Garlit Baylen discussed issues of developing cooperation and strengthening existing relations in various spheres of economy.

This is the first visit of Igor Garlit Baylen to Kazan, who came to Tatarstan with a delegation that will take part in the Games of the Future, and, speaking at the meeting, the Philippines Ambassador stated the scale of the ceremony of opening the Games of the Future and also hospitality which is characteristic of the republic.

Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Korobchenko also took part in the meeting.

During his stay in Kazan the Ambassador also visited the United Presentation Center of the regional Agency for Investments Development where he got acquainted with the investments potential of the republic.
