Nailya Zinatullina reports about implementation of “Our Yard” programme

On 17 February, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Tatarstan Cities Development” Nailya Zinatullina reported about implementation of the regional “Our Yard” programme and informed that the work on procurement of equipment has been completed for today. She said that specifications for the total amount of 845m rubles have been passed to the general vendor “Tatleasing” for compilations of the resulting specification followed by placing orders with the producing plants and signing agreements.

She said that owners of the multi-apartment houses had to submit proceedings of their general meetings to the Tatarstan Construction Ministry by February 14 and 22 out of 32 subdivisions have already submitted necessary documents.

The nest stage of the programme is the development of the resulting improvement schemes, which will be published at programme’s official site and Nailya Zinatullin said that since the beginning of current February there are already 50 complaints from residents, telling about their requests to make changes being ignored. “I ask you to explain people details of every scheme, current and next stages of yard improvements. If we do not take the requests of residents now then we will have to make changes during construction work,” she said.
