Aleksey Pesoshin takes part in the meeting of the State Council of the republic

On February 15, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the 51st meeting of Tatarstan State Council held by Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin.

The agenda included 35 issues.

In particular, people’s deputies considered a bill amending the regional law on the state civil service and the Code of Tatarstan on municipal service, as well as bills amending the laws on local self-government on the suspension of certain provisions of the Budget Code, urban planning, the protection of citizens' housing rights and a number of other issues.

Acting Minister of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan Aleksey Sokolov reported on police activities in 2023. The Ministry of Internal Affairs processed over 859 thousand reports of crimes and violations. and investigated more than 23.5 thousand crimes.

The Commissioner for Human Rights in Tatarstan Saria Saburskaya, also made a report. Last year, the Ombudsman received 5,750 requests from citizens, including 1,621 were messages through the GLONASS +112 system.
