Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in launch of a new production line of the Polygran Plant in Vysokaya Gora

On 14 December, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rutsam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Vysokaya Gora region of the republic, took part in a ceremonial launch of the new polymer composites extrusion production line of the Polygran Plant. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated the plant with its 10th birthday and said: “In this ten year you passed the way from a small enterprise to a large polymer products manufacturer with the capacity of 16 500 tonnes a year. You produce goods necessary for cables and pipes as well as for the construction industries. Remarkable production and a modern lab. Raw materials for you are manufactured by our petrochemical factories.”

He also stated that Tatarstan is the largest polymer producers and processors in Russia.  

After the ceremony, the Rais of Tatarstan looked round the industrial complex of the plant and got acquainted with specificities of the technological process, raw materials and equipment, which is a unique in Russia extrusion line with software algorithms completely developed and introduced in the country.
