The Rais of Tatarstan meets the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Physical Education and Sports Dmitry Svishchev

On December 7, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Physical Education and Sports Dmitry Svishchev discussed the development of the sports industry in the republic, including the construction of sports facilities, the implementation of measures under the federal project «Sport is the Norm of Life» of the national project «Demography» and popularization of mass sports among the population.

During his visit to Kazan, Dmitry Svishchev took part in a meeting of the control commission of the Federal Treasury. Participants discussed the implementation of federal budget expenditures for the implementation of the state programme “Development of Physical Culture and Sports”.
