On December 5, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin chaired a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Tatenergo Company on the results of nine-month work of the company.
For 9 month of the current year, electricity generation at the company’s enterprises decreased by 3 per cent compared to the same period last year and amounted to 9,777 million kWh. Production of hydroelectric power fell by almost a quarter because of the natural factors (low water level).
Thermal energy supply decreased by 3 per cent compared to 2022 and amounted to 6,861 thousand Gcal. This is due to higher outdoor temperatures compared to the previous similar period.
The company’s revenue for the nine months of 2023 amounted to 37,209 million roubles, which is 6 per cent higher than in the same period last year.
As of October 1 of the current year, the overdue accounts receivable amounted to 2048 million roubles. If in general, since October 1, 2022 the overdue amount decreased by 76 million roubles, then for the current year there is an increase of 21 million roubles.
Members of the Board of Directors discussed preparations for the autumn-winter period 2023-2024. On November 3, by Order of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, Tatenergo Company received a passport of readiness for the upcoming autumn-winter period. All planned work aimed at increasing reliability and trouble-free operation has been completed.
