Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a presentation of new gas-engine machinery by Raritek Holding Company

On 1 on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Gas Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a presentation of new gas-engine machinery manufactured by Raritek Holding Company, the stand of which has become one of the main presentation sites of Tatarstan at the forum.

The company exhibited novelty gas-engine products of agricultural and utilities sector machinery and joint developments of the Raritek and TPK MTZ-Tatarstan, such as the Belarus-1221 GT tractor with the MMZ-262NG gas engine, attracted the attention of the visitors. The Minsk Engine Plant produces the mechanical part of the engine, while Raritek is responsible for the gas equipment and brining the engine parameters to the necessary requirements. It is a 130 hp and 4х4 tractor with a heavy duty front axle, which makes it possible to use it at any kinds of soil and climatic zones. It is also widely used in construction, by road and communal services and transport works.

For the first time the Company also presented at the Forum a sample of a 380 hp gas-engine tractor Rostselmash-2375, which is the result to cooperation of the Rostselmash machine-building Company and the Raritek Holding. During the test the machine proved that its capacity is by 12 per cent higher than that of the diesel sample for reference.

In conclusion of the presentation of the Raritek Holding produce Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of the LNG gas-engine machinery handover to operation to Gazprom Transgas Kazan Company.
