The amount of Tatarstan consolidated budget revenues has made 395.5bn rubles in 9 months of 2023

On 23 October, speaking at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax bodies of the republic which discussed implementation of the regional consolidated budget for 9 months of the current year and tasks for the remaining period of 2023, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that in 9 months of 2023 the amount of Tatarstan consolidated budget revenues has made 395.5bn rubles, including 331.2 bn of equity revenues..

“These revenues should not calm us down as it is important to preserve their positive dynamics. Under current conditions the situation can change any moment and it is necessary to follow strict financial discipline for complete fulfillment of primary and social liabilities and to create margin of safety,” he said.

Rustam Minnikhanov stated that these 9 months showed a substantial decrease of profit tax payments by petrochemical, chemical and some machine building enterprises and gave an errand to the regional Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance and tax bodies to continue holding balance commissions with supervised enterprises and provide them all-round help, including state support measures.

“It is necessary to continue work with reserves and first of all the systemic work in decreasing tax arrears which exceed 13bn rubles by 1 October,” the Rais of Tatarstan concluded.
