Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva meets Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to Russia Rodrigo Baena Soares

On 18 October in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva had a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to Russia Rodrigo Baena Soares, who came on a working trip to Kazan.

Welcoming the guest, Leyla Fazleeva said that Tatarstan highly appreciates development of cooperation with the Federative Republic of Brazil within the framework of Russia-Brazil relations. “Your visit to our republic will become a new impetus in successful and longtime cooperation of our countries,” she said.

Leyla Fazleeva also emphasized that Brazil is an important partner for Tatarstan and in 2023 the cooperation shows growth of the trade turnoverЛейла. Nevertheless the parties still have reserves for further development of the cooperation, she concluded.

In his turn Rodrigo Baena Soares thanked for the warm welcome he had in the republic and shared his impressions of Kazan, having mentioned in particular that the capital of Tatarstan is one of tourist gems of Russia.
