Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov: Much is done in Tatarstan for career-guidance of the youth and training young specialists

On 30 September Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov who came on a working trip to Naberezhnyye Chelny together with the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to take part in events dedicated to the Day of Engineering Workers.

Speaking at a ceremonial meeting in the Organ Hall of the city, Albert Karimov stated that in 2022 enterprises of Naberzhnyye Celny proved they can reorganize their methods and strategy of work in a short period of time.

“On behalf of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade and me personally I would like to sincerely congratulate you with your professional holiday as it is doubly pleasant and honourary to be in Tatarstan where you can feel the energy of your native land, where you are surrounded by friends and where machine-building is the backbone of economy,” he said.

“Having encountered with serious challenges last year, the machine-building enterprises proved they can totally reorganize their methods and strategy of work in a short period of time,” Albert Karimov added.

He continued by saying;” The most important for majority of enterprises is to attract human force, expand productive capacity and to overcome bottlenecks. And much is done in Tatarstan for career-guidance of the youth and training young specialists and attracting them to productive work.”

At the meeting Albert Karimov handed in a badge of the title of Honorary Shipbuilder to the Director General of the Ak Bars Shipbuilding Corporation Renat Mistakhov.
