Rustam Minnikhanov comes on a working trip to Perm

On 28 September the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov  came on a working trip to Perm to take part in a meeting of the Council of the Volga Federal District held by the Russian Presidential Envoy in the District Igor Komarov, which will discuss issues of youth policy.

The heads of the district regions and representatives of state and public bodies will discuss organization of upbringing of youth under modern conditions.
