Address of the Rais of Tatarstan to the State Council of the republic for 2024

On September 14, at the Saydashev State Big Concert Hall, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov delivered his annual address for 2024 to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan held under the forty seven meeting of the State Council of the sixth convocation.

He namely spoke about the special military operation and expressed sincere gratitude to its participants.

He also informed that on the initiative of Russian President, an all-Russian organization of children and youth “Movement of the First” was established, which is aimed at developing in the younger generation a sense of pride in our country, love for the Motherland, and the preservation of historical memory. He further focused on the issues of socio-economic development of agriculture and the IT sector, the implementation of national projects and regional programmes, improvement of education and training and the healthcare system. He emphasized that strength is in hard work, in our talented people, in respect for elders, love for the Motherland, in preserving family values and cultural traditions.
