On September 6 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Novosibirsk with a working visit, was met by Governor of Novosibirsk region Vasily Yurchenko at Tolmachevo international airport.

Rustam Minnikhanov will take part in international innovation forum Interra, expert session “Development and increasing efficiency of regional innovative infrastructure”, and deliver a speech at a plenary session of the forum. He will also hold a meeting with heads of committees of the Association of innovative regions of Russia.
