Tatarstan Ministry of Construction: The programme of capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses in the republic has been completed by 95 per cent

On 25 August, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about implementation of the programme of capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities and multi-apartment houses in the republic.

He informed that overhaul work has been completed by 96 per cent on average in implementation of 7 federal and regional programmes in the spheres of education, kindergartens, school catering facilities, resource centers and dormitories

Speaking about federal and regional programmes being implemented in the spheres of healthcare and culture, the Minister said work was completed by 98 per cent and 72 per cent accordingly.

As for the capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses, the total completed construction and installation work .makes 95 per cent, with the work finished at 373 houses, Marat Ayzatullin said.

The Minister also informed that the utility payments collection in the first six months of the current year reached 98.6 per cent which was by 0.6 per cent more than during the same period of the previous year

Reporting about readiness to the coming heating season, Marat Ayzatullin said that 16 241 out of 17 815 multi-apartment houses already have readiness passports, which makes 91 per cent.
