On 22 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Council on strategic development and national projects held by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Speaking at the meeting, Vladimir Putin informed that by results of 2022 Russia was included into the top five largest economies of the world with its GNP having grown by 4.9 per cent in the second quarter of the current year compared to the same period in the previous year.
”It is very important to maintain this dynamics in industry and to support investments of companies and enterprises in opening new productions, mastering new technological solutions and creating jobs. I would like to state that there is a fixed targeted index that by 2030 the growth of investments should make no less than 70 percent by 2030 compared to 2020”, he said.
Vladimir Putin emphasized that expansion of foreign economic ties of Russia with partners from friendly countries, strengthening of technological sovereignty, training of highly qualified specialists and others were among priority tasks for the whole state management system for 2023.
