On 22 August the Board of Directors of the Tatneftekhiminvest holding considered a number of innovative project at its meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic.
Opening the meeting, Rustam Minnikhanov informed that on 7-8 September the Kazan Expo will host the Russia –China forum and invited everyone to take an active part in it.
The Deputy Director of the Moscow Institute of the petrochemical synthesis Konstantin Dementyev told the participants of the meeting about zero-waste technology of solid acid alkylation using heterogeneous catalysts for manufacturing high octane Euro-5 class car fuels, while the financial director of the Moscow Vector Testing Construction Bureau Aleksey Fomichev informed about sensors for liquid-level measurement which are planned to be produced in Tatarstan. The sensors, which are extremely accurate, can be used in the harshest conditions in oil and gas, chemical and machine-building industries , in particular for measuring level of oil and oil products in reservoirs, he said.
After the Rector of the Kazan Chemical Technological University Yuriy Kozakov expressed readiness to join the process of training the staff for this technology, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “At first we must be sure that both the price and the quality suit us as the topic is very important and in demand.”
Deputy Director General in R&D of the Homa Company Konstantin Shirshin told the meeting about polymer dispersions and ecological glue systems for glass, construction and industry and reagents for paper and packaging industries, which can be also interesting for manufacture of isothermal trucks and trams.
Giving his comment, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “There are no glues in the republic and they are in demand both for the Alabuga Special Economic Zone and the KAMAZ Automaker,” and gave an errand to the Director General of the Tataneftekhiminvest holding Rafinat Yarullin to circulate the presentation.
After the Director of the Center of Competencies in import replacement in ICT from Moscow Ilya Massukh proposed advanced IT developments such as the Cyber HFF software for hydraulic fracturing of formation and the comprehensive IT platform for prospecting and production of hydrocarbons, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “Today there is only one way and that is digitalization. I can see that we have still achieved too little,” and gave an errand to Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Roman Shaykhutdinov to organize a meeting of those responsible and together with Tatarstan Academy of Sciences carry out workshops and trainings.
In his turn the Director General of the RTSIM Company Ayrat Mukhametsyanov informed that they are ready to train workers of the fuel and energy complex of Tatarstan by using industrial processes simulator developed on the bases of the Russian digital platform. When he said that they are also organizing cyber competitions for young people and students, Rustam Minnikhanov commented: “This includes not only Tatarstan – this is just a part of the potential. We will support cyber-championships. We are starting to open specialized classes in the republic.”
