Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a ceremony of handing in SUVs to heads of Tatarstan education departments

On 16 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of handing in SUVs to heads of units and departments of municipalities and urban districts of the republic held in front of the building of the State Council of the republic. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov said that the regional education system is based on municipalities’ education departments. “Education is the bases for shaping the future of the republic. Your mobility and efficiently very much depends on having transport which gives you the possibility to work more quickly,” he said. 

The Rais of Tatarstan expressed his special gratitude to Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov for his support in purchasing the new cars. 

Then he passed a symbolic key from new 49 Lada Vesta SUVs to the regional Minister of Education and Science Ilsur Khadiullin.
