Rustam Minnikhanov gets acquainted with the project of the children’s recreation park on the Kazanka Embankment

On 15 August the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin looked the site of the future children’s recreation park which will be located on the Kazanka Embankment near the National Library.

 Currently the Institute of the development of Kazan is completing the project of improvement of the area and Rustam Minnikhanov was told that it is planned to plant out trees and bushes and lawns and erect playgrounds for children of various ages, organize recreation zones and catering.

The park will also have a pavilion which will be used for hosting events and master-classes for children.

Rustam Minnikhanov supported the project and emphasized the importance of such recreation zone, taking into consideration a very popular youth site – the Uram Park located nearby. He gave an errand to all corresponding services to prepare all necessary documents and begin the work.
