18.07.2023

On 18 July, during his working trip to Konya, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Imas Plant, which was established in 1989 and is one of the largest manufacturers of agriculture machinery, such as elevators and grain processing complexes in Turkey.

Speaking to the administration of the plant, Rustam Minnikhanov stated that Tatarstan has huge experience of working with Turkish business. He told about 10 Turkish plants working successfully in the republic and proposed the administration to consider an option of localizing their production in Tatarstan.

“I can see two directions of our future work. First – we will tell about your products to our farmers and second – you can localize production in our republic. We will provide all necessary conditions  to you,” he said.

The Imas, which exports its produce into more than 100 countries of the world, manufactures, designs and carries out turn-key installation of industrial complexes and equipment for producing flour and cereals, formulated feed and bench band saws.
