Rais of Tatarstan and the Russian Healthcare Minister hand in keys for new apartments to medical workers

On 22 June the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in a ceremonial occupancy of a multi-apartment house erected by the social mortgage programme with 30 apartment keys handed in to medical workers. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated people with moving into new apartments and stated that the M-14 living block has all necessary conditions for comfortable living. “This site is aimed at providing living for our medical workers. Both from the point of view of geography, ecology and the like this zone is very comfortable for living,” he said and added that the republic will continue work in improvement of living conditions for medical workers. 

In his turn Mikhail Murashko emphasized that Tatarstan carries out systemic work in supporting human capital in medicine. “The republic takes care and creates conditions for attracting young specialists, including the help in solving housing problems. I am happy to know that medical workers are respected and supported here,” he added. 

After the ceremony the guests looked round a new apartment of the Malykhins family.
