Tatarstan has signed a number of agreements on the sidelines of SPIEF-23

On 16 June on the sidelines of the St Petersburg International Economic Forum the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony where on behalf of Tatarstan the Minister of Digital Development of the republic Ayrat Khayrullin signed an agreement on cooperation in IT sphere between the Government of the republic and “1C” Company and an agreement on cooperation between the Government of Tatarstan and the Element Company.
The 1C is the largest Russian company specializing in software support and development and publishes software of leading domestic developers in Russia. 
The agreement presupposes the exchange of experience, knowledge and technologies, standardization and optimizations of processes in state institutions and the like.
