Rustam Minnikhanov: Tatarstan has created a good infrastructure for small business and we also train the personnel

On 16 June speaking at a presentation of the National investments climate ranking of Russian entities made by the Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives Svetlana Chupsheva at the St Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov named three important spheres which help the region to hold the bar high in the ranking. 

“First, we have created a good infrastructure for SMEs, having established industrial platforms with 87 thousand people working on them and which shipped 596bn rubles of produce. 
Second, we are training specialists and are doing serious work in establishment of the resource centers. Today there are 45 of them in the republic. And third we help in promotion of SMEs. We have established a regional marketing center with 4 400 participants who have already received orders for 196bn rubles,” he said.
