Aleksey Pesoshin takes part in the 44th session of Tatarstan State Council

On 8 June the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Sleksey Pesoshin took part in the 44th session of Tatarstan State Council held by its Chairman Farid Mukhametshin.

In the beginning of the session the members of the State Council approved the agenda of the meeting which comprises 32 issues. In particular they considered the issue of electing magistrates in a number of judicial constituents of the republic, the list of whom was represented by the Acting Chairman of the Supreme Court of the republic Eduard Kaminskiy. The session also  approved the draft law “On fulfillment of Tatarstan budget in 2022”, represented by the regional Minister of Finance Radik Gayzatullin who informed that last year the budget revenues, various taxes and excises and payments into social funds made 1trillion 479bn rubles. He also said that the budget expenses made 527.5bn rubles last year.

In the first reading the Council passed the draft law “On amendments in the Tatarstan Law on provision of residents housing rights” and listened to the report of the Deputy Chairman of Accounting Chamber Albert Valeyev about the work of the organization in 2022.

During consideration of the draft Law on amendments of some regulatory acts of Tatarstan, the Deputy Chairperson of the Council Committee on education, culture, science and national issues Lyudmila Rybakova clarified that the draft law is aimed at bringing Tatarstan legislative acts in line with the federal ones.
