Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the meeting of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministries discussing heating period results in 2022/2023

On 25 May the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a video conference held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with heads of municipalities, executive committees and representatives of enterprises and utilities organizations which summarized results of the 2022/-2023 heating season.

Speaking about result of work of fuel and energy and housing and utility organizations, Rustam Minnikhanov said: “Mostly the heating season passed satisfactorily , but the weakest pot in the ageing of infrastructure which should be modernized using the corresponding regional and federal programmes”.

He called to pay the closest attention to implementation of energy companies investments programmes and following the strict financial discipline.

He also gave an errand to take the control over the next heating season preparations in municipalities with high emergencies accidents and the infrastructure ageing. “We cannot solve this problem quickly but we should аsurely response to it, especially in Agryz and Aznakaevo where heads of the regions should implement measures to prevent brealdowns and provide operational informative interaction with the Ministry of Construction in case of emergency.” 

Rustam Minnikhanov empahasized that the most important task was to be ready for the winter season on time and to fulfill all actions completely. He said that mostly the system was reliable and it is important to exert every effort to provide the stable heating season in the republic.
