Rustam Minnikhanov presents medal “For Valorous Labour” to Rashid Nurgaliev

On August 23 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Deputy Secretary of Russian Security Council, General of the Army Rashid Nurgaliev at Tatarstan Government House.

Rustam Minnikhanov presented a medal of the Republic of Tatarstan “For Valorous Labour” to Rashid Nurgaliev. The medal was awarded for his considerable contribution to providing public security during preparation and holding of the 27th World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan.
