Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the meeting of the Presidium of the Russian State Council for Industrial Development

On April 4, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Moscow to take part in the meeting of the Presidium of the Russian State Council for Industrial Development under restrictions pressure chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
