Rustam Minnikhanov in Moscow is taking part in a ceremony of Russian President Vladimir Putin reading his address to the Federal Assembly

On 21 February the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived on a working trip to Moscow to take part in a ceremony of Russian President Vladimir Putin reading his address to the Federal Assembly.

Members of the Russian Government, members of the parliament and senators, governors of all regions of the country and public leaders are traditionally invited to the event but this year there will also be participants of the special military operation.
