Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the opening of the International Exhibition IDEX-2023 in Abu Dhabi

On February 20, at the invitation of the Emirati side, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of the International Exhibition IDEX-2023 in Abu Dhabi.

Enterprises of Tatarstan have been participating in the exhibition since 1995. Rosobronexport Russian Defense Export, Almaz-Antey Concern, High Precision Complexes research and production association, Tekhnodinamika Company, Shvabe, United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation, "Ulyanovsk Cartridge Plant" and Kazan State Gunpowder Plant presented the Russian pavilion at the 30th anniversary exhibition.

Minnikhanov got acquainted with the products of enterprises and also visited the stand of Russian Helicopters. Tatarstan is actively contributing to the strengthening of Russian-Emirati relations. The United Arab Emirates is one of the key trade and economic partners of the republic. According to the results of 9 months last year, 5 times growth in trade was registered between Tatarstan and the UAE and it amounted to 28.6 million dollars.
