On August 6 at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Board Chairman of OAO “Rosselkhozbank” Eduard Issopov discussed a number of issues on agricultural development and financing of agricultural projects, including loans for entrepreneurs.

Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov, Aide to Tatarstan President on economic issues Airat Khairullin took part in the meeting.


Eduard Issopov briefly informed Rustam Minnikhaniv about changes in the bank, a new bank strategy and activity of the regional branch of OAO “Rosselkhozbank”.
