In Tatarstan, under the federal project "Success of Every Child", gyms to be overhauled in schools of the Tyulyachinsky and Drozhzhanovsky regions of the republic

On February 17, speaking at a videoconference held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Sector of Tatarstan Aleksey Frolov reported on how national projects, regional and state programmes are implemented in Tatarstan.

Under "Housing and Urban Environment" national project, work is underway on the following facilities: construction of a water supply system in the city of Nurlat ("Clean Water" federal programme), the work is completed on 75 per cent, the work in two roads in Naberezhnye Chelny under “Housing” federal programme is completed by 42 per cent at the main road and on the bypass road - by 53.5 per cent.

Work at 4 facilities continues under the National project "Ecology”.

Reconstruction and construction work is going on under Culture, Education and Demography national projects and the regional projects of Comprehensive development of rural areas, Reproduction and Use of Natural Resources and the capital overhaul of youth centers.

Under the federal project "Success of Every Child", gyms in schools of the Tyulyachinsky and Drozhzhanovsky regions of the republic will be overhauled.

Frolov also reported on preparation to the large scale programme of capital overhaul of 716 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 4m360 thousand square meters.

Under four programmes to provide housing for certain categories of citizens, 600 orphans, 78 young families should celebrate housewarming. In December 2022, an agreement between the Ministry of Construction of Russia and Tatarstan on the provision of subsidies from the federal budget for the implementation of measures to provide housing for young families was signed. To date, the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan has concluded agreements in the "E-Budget" system with all municipalities.
