The plan of housing construction has been fulfilled by 16 per cent with 503 thousand square meters commissioned in Tatarstan

On 11 February at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that as of 11 February the housing construction plan for 2023 has been fulfilled by 16 per cent with 503 thousand square meters commissioned in the republic.

He also reported about implementation of programmes of housing construction, national projects and state and regional programmes, in addition telling about work in preventing accidents and occupational health and safety. Marat Ayzatullin said that in addition to regular checks by the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the republic, another efficient tool for stepping up work safety is the regional competition of the best organization of labour safety in construction of Tatarstan, which has been held since 2004.

The Minister also reported about implementation of federal programs the Housing and City Environment, the Clear Water, Ecology, Culture and Demography.

At the meeting Aleksey Pesoshin gave an errand to analyze the number and causes of failures of the engineering and technical infrastructure in municipalities.
